ugg slippers schuh Reed has taken to badgering Webb as a motivation tool

By the end of last week, Ravens cornerback Lardarius Webb was hearing teammate Ed Reed’s voice in his sleep.

If it wasn’t Reed critiquing Webb’s technique or positioning, it was him giving pointers about dealing with Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson, Reed’s college teammate at the University of Miami.

“He was on me all week,” Webb said. “Sometimes I’m mad and I want to curse him out, want to tell him, ‘Get off my back.’ But it all pays off during the week.”

Indeed, it did. Yates.

His pick in the first quarter set up Joe Flacco’s 10 yard touchdown pass to Anquan Boldin that gave the Ravens a 17 3 lead. His fourth quarter interception preceded Billy Cundiff’s 44 yard field goal, which made it a seven point game.

“He’s an awesome player,” Reed said. “I’ve actually been very hard on him the last few weeks because I know how good he wants to be, and I know what he can accomplish. For him to come out and make the play that he did was awesome.”

Afterward, Webb was quick to credit Reed, who had an interception of his own in helping to preserve the Ravens’ narrow lead. Webb, a safety in college, idolized Reed growing up, and the two have become extremely close.

“He keeps me focused. That’s a guy that I always looked up to when I was in college and man, he was a great guy to look up to. Now, I see it,” Webb said. “It’s good that he can see greatness out of me. With him on the field, he helps me get a lot of picks, just his presence. With [No.20] on the field, they don’t want to throw the ball deep. They see what he’s capable of. [Sunday], he could have had three. Yeah, I had two but it was all due to his positioning.”

After listening to Reed all week, Webb exacted some playful revenge on his teammate. When Reed dropped two potential interceptions Sunday, Webb approached him and asked if he wanted to borrow his hands.

“I gave him my hands because he dropped two picks and I’ve never seen it. I said, ‘You can have my hands. Then, he went and made the pick and I said, ‘Give me my hands back because I’m going to have to get me one,’ ” Webb said. “Man,
ugg scuffette slippers Reed has taken to badgering Webb as a motivation tool
I just take my hat off to him. It’s a privilege to be his teammate and being a [defensive back] with him. The dude is amazing, man. And he came up and still made the biggest pick of the game. I had two but he still made that big play. I’m so happy for him. He’s great. He’s taught me so much about this game and life. Every time you bring up Ed Reed, I’m going to tell you how I feel because he’s helped me out so much.”

Reed ‘OK’

Of the few injury concerns for the Ravens, the largest was the status of Reed’s left ankle, which the free safety landed awkwardly on while making his fourth and final pass breakup in Sunday’s 20 13 victory over the Houston Texans in an AFC divisional playoff game.

Coach John Harbaugh provided a positive update on Reed’s ankle during his weekly news conference.

“Ed looks like he’s all right with the ankle,” Harbaugh said. “Everything’s come up OK as far as the X rays.”

Harbaugh said inside linebackers Jameel McClain (sprained left knee) and Brendon Ayanbadejo (right quadriceps) did not suffer a setback.

“They fought through theirs,” Harbaugh said. “They were right to the last minute decisions, and they came out of them OK.”

Finally, Harbaugh said there was “nothing serious” about defensive tackle Arthur Jones’ leg injury.

Brady offers praise

In the aftermath of Sunday’s 20 13 divisional round win over the Houston Texans, Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs played nice with New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady for once, throwing praise Brady’s way when reporters asked him about the team’s AFC championship game opponent. There were no jokes about Brady’s hair, his UGG boots, his supermodel wife or the alleged “Brady rules” that protect the quarterback.

On Monday morning, Brady who threw six touchdowns in a 45 10 win over the Denver Broncos followed suit and talked about the respect he has for the Ravens in an interview with Boston sports radio station WEEI.

“There’s no one that’s going to overlook a team like that. It would be impossible to do,” Brady said. “They present a ton of challenges in all three phases of the game. You watch them yesterday, they’re physical, they’re tough, they can cover. They’ve got some of the best players in the history of the NFL at their position, in Suggs and Ray Lewis and Ed Reed and Haloti Ngata. You’ve got phenomenal players there. We’ve really got our work cut out for us. We’ll be excited about the challenge. We’ll use the week to prepare like we always do, and really try to be at our best hopefully be better than we were this past Saturday night.”

Johnson likes underdog role

The Ravens are at least a touchdown or more, according to some oddsmakers underdog to the New England Patriots in Sunday’s AFC championship game.

The fact that the contest will be played at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., and the Ravens are just 4 4 this season on the road is probably a factor. Also, the Ravens are just 1 6 all time against the Patriots.

All of that is just fine with outside linebacker Jarret Johnson.

“We like being the underdog,” he said. “We’re used to it. I think we handle it better psychologically. I don’t really know why, but I think we do. Should we be? I don’t know. Obviously, it’s their place, they’re the No. 1 seed, they’ve earned it, they’re one of the top offenses in the league,
ugg scuffette slippers Reed has taken to badgering Webb as a motivation tool
they deserve to be a top team. But I like it.”

ugg usa Reduce your Stress Levels for Free

ugg short Reduce your Stress Levels for Free

How would you like to find a method to drastically reduce your stress? One that is free (you already own all the equipment you need) and only takes a few minutes a day. And if this method not only helped you to relax but also increased your energy, improved your circulation and immune function, helped to deepen your sleep and gave you a greater feeling of physical and mental wellbeing, would you do it?

It has been proved that simply learning how to breathe correctly can have these remarkable effects throughout your body.

Breathing is one of our most important body functions. You can survive without food for two months, without water for two weeks but without breath you will only live for a few minutes.

Most people only use only about twenty percent of the capacity of their lungs so just imagine how much potential you are wasting if your breath is limited. You have another eighty percent of breathing capacity, which means eighty percent more oxygenated blood flowing through every cell of your body, potentially bringing with it positive changes in your health and your stress levels.

Most of us are familiar with aerobic (in air) exercise, but what does this mean? In reality it is the oxygen in the air which is necessary for aerobic respiration. Aerobic respiration is the release of energy from glucose and other organic substances in the presence of oxygen. Healthy people who breathe effectively make 93 percent of their energy aerobically. We also eliminate 70 percent of our body waste though breathing. Aerobic exercise helps to get the oxygen flowing through your blood stream and into your organs, including that very important organ, your brain. You don have to go to aerobic exercise classes to re oxygenate your body (although you might choose to as part of you health regimen).

Normally breathing is an automatic body function, controlled by the brain. But you can also deliberately change your rate of breathing. Your brain sets your breathing rate according to carbon dioxide levels, rather than oxygen levels. When you are distressed or anxious, your chest area tends to tighten, your breathing becomes shallower and faster and your heartbeat also quickens. Because your breathing is shallow you feel that you are not taking in enough oxygen, so you breathe even faster to try to take in more air, building up a cycle which can result in over breathing or hyperventilation. If this happens you are convinced that you need more air, when in reality you actually need to exhale more.

Breathing this way can prolong feelings of anxiety by increasing the physical symptoms of stress. Your body manufactures the hormones cortisol and epinephrine known as adrenaline. You are now in fight or flight mode, which means your body is preparing to survive by fighting or running away from danger. This is fine for Ugg the caveman. His stress is over as soon as he catches and eats T Rex for his dinner, or if he manages to escape from a predator who want to eat him for dinner. Either way his stress is resolved, and those stress hormones are no longer needed. They are replaced by endorphins such as serotonin the good hormone. If, on the other hand he is eaten by the predator, problem solved stress gone!

In the busy world that we live in we are subject to stress for many hours of the day. Living with stress in the long term is harmful to your health and your happiness. Don get eaten by the predator that is stress, you can do something about it.

By learning to breathe fully and effectively you can reap many mental and physical benefits and you can learn to control your stress levels using just the air you breathe. Breathing correctly is as powerful as it is simple. Poor breathing habits can easily be reversed with a little practice. So, if you want to lower your blood pressure and heart rate, reduce your level of stress hormones, balance your body and the levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your blood, improve your immune function, increase your energy levels and feel much calmer, try the following simple exercise.

The mainstay of relaxation breathing techniques is to be found in diaphragmatic (abdominal) breathing. Your diaphragm is a large dome shaped muscle located between the bottom of your lungs and the top of your abdomen.

The best way to learn abdominal breathing is to begin by sitting up straight on a chair with your hands resting on your lap and your feet placed firmly on the floor. Slip your shoes off if you can.

When you are ready, close your eyes and begin to concentrate on your breathing. Take your time, just get used to the way you are breathing. Pay attention to the depth of your breath and its rhythm and pace.

Next, pay attention to which muscles you use when you breathe. Place one hand on your diaphragm (just under your ribs at the top of your stomach). Place the other hand on the upper part of your chest. Keep breathing normally and become aware of which hand is moving in and out as you breathe.

The majority of the movement should be under your lower hand. If not, adjust your breathing slowly until only your lower hand is moving. You are now using your diaphragm to control your breathing. This may take some getting used to. When you are comfortable with this, allow your hands to relax.

Breathing in this way provides the correct kind of exercise for your breathing muscles. When doing this exercise it is best to breathe in and out through your nose. Avoid clenching your teeth as this generates stress in your jaw area.

When you have become used to abdominal or diaphragmatic breathing, try this easy quick fix solution to stress. Consciously breathe in, hold your breath for a few seconds if you are comfortable doing that and then breathe out slowly. Relax your shoulders and allow your head to balance comfortably on your vertebrae and your rib cage to expand and contract with each breathe. The trick here is to make your out breath slower than your in breath. When you do this you send a signal to your central nervous system, via your brain, to relax.

Go gently, don try to take a longer or slower breath than you are comfortable with or you may feel dizzy. Taking a big deep breath is not necessary, better to take a conscious, easy breath. Practice this exercise and use it whenever you feel the least bit stressed. Take a few moments out of your day on a regular basis, breathe, and increase your sense of well being and begin to give yourself back control over you stress levels.

The Kremlin has been flexing economic and political muscles on the world stage but the Russian economy is struggling to keep up. and European sanctions over Ukraine and military operations in Syria have all taken their toll. People across the country are feeling the pinch but rural areas are the hardest hit much of the countryside is empty and dying. Almost 36,000 villages, or one in four, have 10 residents or fewer. Another 20,000 are abandoned, according to the latest census. Young people left long ago for cities and towns the collective farms which once would have employed them disappeared along with the USSR. It’s a bleak picture but some young businessmen and women are trying to revive Russia’s dying villages with a mixture of traditional craftsmanship, social enterprise and shrewd marketing. In the impoverished Pskov Region, Kirill Vasilev employs 15 villagers to make Valenki felt boots made from dried sheep’s wool, the footwear of peasants and tsars for centuries. Traditionally, valenki come in brown, black, gray and white, but Vasilev produces versions in a variety of bright colours which he sells in a fashionable part of his native St Petersburg. Now he has plans to expand to London and New York. He is inspired by the world famous UGG boots and Crocs, which also had their origins in ethnic footwear for Australian and Dutch farmers. Will he succeed and what difference could it make to the village of Dolostsy on the Belarusian border? Lucy Ash visits Kirill Vasilev at his Valenki workshop, meets his employees and finds out more about the challenges facing small businesses in Russia. The Clan Founder and the Leader has no rank, only the members have one. There are 4 different kinds of rankings in this clan. The highest rank in the clan is the Top 10 rank and the second highest rank is called the A rank. The third rank is called the B rank and the lowest rank is a C rank. Members who are in the Top 10 rank and the A rank are the strongest members of our clan. However, the Top 10 rank and the A rank are not the same but they are similar in some ways. Some A rank members could be as strong or maybe even stronger than the members in the Top 10.

Top 10 Rank: The 10 members in the Top 10 rank were chosen only by me. I chose them according to their skills, not by their k/d ratios. Before they could enter the Top 10, they had to be tested. They had to be good in snipers, rockets, raywar, rail, and swords. So, these members in the Top 10 rank had to be tested first and this is how they achieved their ranks.

A rank: Now as for the A ranks, it is much different. The A ranks are members that can be chosen by me or the members in the Top 10 rank. The members in the A rank are chosen according to their k/d ratios and skills. They do not have to be tested like the Top 10 rank and they do not also need to be good at everything. But they need to have more than 6,000 kills and they have to be at least an Elimination Master, Race Rescuer or a PROmoted. Their k/d ratios must be 1.30 or higher.

B rank: Now the third rank is called the B rank. The B rank are chosen by me, the members in the Top 10 and the A rank members. The B rank members are chosen according to their k/d ratios and skills. They do not need to be tested or good at everything. To be a B rank member, you must have 2,000 kills and they have to be at least a Professional, Elimination Master,
cheap ugg boots uk online Rebirth of K
Race Rescuer or a PROmoted. Their k/d raitos must be 1.10 or higher.

C rank: Now the last rank is called the C rank. The C rank can be chosen by me, members in the Top 10, A rank and the B rank. The C rank members are chosen according only to their skills or k/d ratios. But they do not need to be tested or good at everything. They must have 500 kills or more to become a C rank. They could have a k/d ratios of 0.40. They could either be an Advanced Marine, Professional, Elimination Master, Race Rescuer, or PROmoted.

When you recruit a new player for our clan, then you must give them an Army Rank. If you put the new member into an A rank, B rank, or C rank group, then you must appoint them an army rank that will represent his/her strength and skills on that certain group. Army ranks are only for members in the A rank, B rank, and C rank groups. You may see that some of the members in the Top 10 have this too but it is not required for them to have one. In other words, it is only optional for the members in the Top 10. He was the former rank 1 and co leader of our clan. 🙁 His guidance and advices were all been a great help for each one of us. He will always be remembered. To Nicholas1234562: “You may be bidding us farewell but to us, you are leaving a legacy. She is removed from her rank because she has been inactive for 15 days. He is removed from his rank due to the changes made to the ranking system of our clan. He will never be forgotten. He will be greatly missed. :'(

Former Rank 5: Farewell blaze22b and we hope someday that you return to us! We will truly miss you. T_T

Former Rank 6: God of the Universe left the clan and will no longer return to us. Farewell Former Rank 6! 🙁

Don’t ask me how, but a couple of months ago I was in London and a friend of mine, music video director Kinga Burza, took me to English party girl Peaches Geldoff’s 19th birthday at a Soho club called Punk.

Inside, I had the opportunity to clink six quid Red Stripes with the likes of singer Lily Allen, band members from the Klaxons and the Horrors, supermodel Agyness Deyn and the tour manager of Bloc Party.

However, it was the ‘unknowns’, the younger ‘cool kids’ who drew my fuller attention. At home, I like to play a little game called ‘Spot the Trilby, Scarf and Thongs’ because it’s such an omnipresent look with the smart set here. At this London bash, I was hard pressed to even name some of the clothing items people were draped in, let alone pigeon hole their ‘look.’

Dudes were floating by sporting glitter eye shadow, lightning bolts sketched on their cheeks, mesh singlets and jodhpurs it was amusing and electrifying but made me feel like a constipated accountant in my jeans and Converse .

What was most exciting was that the young guys seemed to not give a crap what people thought they’d not only shed the bleak uniforms of their more unimaginative countrymen the Adidas striped runners, jeans and football jerseys, but had also spurned the cool kid staple of skinny black jeans.

Uniforms are fascinating things, they identify our social group and give us confidence we’re in rather than out which is why I find it interesting when ‘rebels’ try so hard to look different from everyone else, yet are indistinguishable from their friends.

Skater boys with their sleeves of tattoos, flat brimmed baseball caps and low slung poop catcher jeans are my favourite at the moment, their ‘uniform’ specifications as rigorous as anything you’d see at a naval academy.

Ksubi kids with their hoodies, Wayfarer sunglasses and neon tees are also amusing, ably illustrating the adage that “when people are free to do as they please, they usually imitate each other.”

American philosopher Eric Hoffer said that “nonconformists travel as a rule in bunches. You rarely find a nonconformist who goes it alone. And woe to him inside a nonconformist clique who does not conform with nonconformity.”

Nowadays, it seems the “conformity” is to look “different” and it’s accompanied by what musician John Mayer described as “a level of self consciousness so high in my generation, that it’s actually toxic.”

“This is about the girl in her bedroom who poses in front of the camera she’s awkwardly holding in her outstretched hand,” wrote Mayer on his tour blog recently.

“She’ll take a hundred photos until coming up with one she’s happy with, which inevitably looks nothing like her, and after she’s done poring over images of herself, will post one on her myspace page and then write something like “I don’t give a fck what you think about me.”

In some ways, uniforms are the padding we put between ourselves and the world, terrified we’re not good enough as is, we add the right shirt, hair cut and bad boy ‘tude but often become a construct and wonder why “no one knows the real me.”

I’m sure the cool kids I saw in London agonized over their look just as much as the myspace girl Mayer mentions. I’m sure they had piles of discard clothes in their bedroom and were vetting their friend’s ‘looks’ as thoroughly as a drill sergeant on a parade ground.

However, it’s sweet to think there is a new generation that actually doesn’t give a fck what you and I think about them.

As you can see from the number of comments last week, moderation was a bit hit and miss because I’m in the Whitsundays shooting some more little travel segments for Fairfax Digital. That will continue this week, as we’re still on the road. Sorry for the inconvenience.

However, check out the first of the videos my colleague Damo and I did for Queensland Tourism last month.

If you’re planning a little trip up north, you may also want to take look at this new intermittent blog I’ll be doing about our (paid) adventures in the Sunshine state.

If you’d like to email me with a topic suggestion or just vent, try here. I now have too many unanswered emails to catch up on, so I’m instituting a no reply policy (unless you’re hot). In advance, I thank you for your email.

At Gothfest last year it was wonderful to see the gothlings in their practice goth wear trying out and watching what everyone else was wearing. They all look similar because they are still discovering the outlets for costumery and accessories.

The older goths are also an interesting bunch. Some are reduced to wearing only black clothes, others bring out the old faithful velvet, satin and lace frock, bodices and corsets. Some are adept at sewing or know someone who does and get their own creations made.

The most wonderful thing is seeing someone who doesn’t fit in with the crowd doing their own thing and looking the way that they want to. Like the stray goths I saw in Parramatta Mall, the cyber girl I saw walking down Botany Rd in Mascot this morning and the little girl in a pink tutu with her goth mum walking down King St in Newtown.

They are all a great deal better than the uniform that was once prevalent in parts of Sydney of the blue chambray shirt, white t shirt underneath the shirt, Levi 501s and RM Williams. It made me so happy to turn up in a bodice and leather skirt to a venue populated with those people and be different.

Back in the actual 80s all the guys I knew either wore tight black jeans, converse, Mass Appeal / Black Flag / Suicidal tendencies T shirts and long hair or tight black jeans, winklepickers, black Birthday Party T shirts, tuxedo jackets and big hair, eye liner optional.

The former were more interested in how they looked on their board the later more interested in watching out for rowers, so they didn’t get the shit beaten out of them.

We used to spend hours getting ‘ready’ for a night at Patches or Spagos, mostly organising the drugs so we didn’t notice how stupid we looked.

Best sartorial drinking hole now is Gaslight, those kids are awesome. A complete lack of arse is one of the many things they have in common with my old mates.

My my we have been keeping trendy company! London is a great place for those who like to dress as individuals because no one looks at you anyway in case you’re a nutter. I loved living there before moving to the counties.

Her career has gone from strength to strength over the past four years following her hit role as dopey Brynn in the comedy Bridesmaids.

And since her breakthrough, Rebel Wilson seems to be spending most of her time on a film setas she was recently spotted shooting scenes for her new movieHow To Be Single in New York City.

But it’s not all glitz and glamour, as it was revealed when in between scenes Rebel got the chance to be more comfortable by popping on the very Australian choice of Ugg slippers.

That’s a new look:The 35 year old actress was seen parading her assets in a figure hugging black dress, which came down to above the knee, with a seductive black zip from cleavage to thigh

The Sydney born babe appeared to be a little distracted as she clutched her highlighted script and purple pen while she looked into the distance as she recited her lines.

Despite slipping into something a little out of her comfort zone for the movie, Rebel appeared to be full of confidence as she bounded along the streets in the raunchy ensemble.

Slated for release in 2016, How To Be Single also stars Hollywood It girls Dakota Johnson and Alison Brie, as well as Leslie Mann and Damon Wayans.

Very pretty! Her mid length blonde hair was pulled back into a high ponytail with loose curls placed throughout to give it a bouncier effect, while her blunt block fringe shaped her features

Meanwhile, it hasn’t all been about work during her time in the Big Apple as she recently took some time out for some fun in the sun as she took control of a speed boat and whizzed along the waves.

The funnywoman took to her Instagram account on Monday to share a snap of her steering the luxury vessel as the water splashed beneath her and the hot rays beamed down on her pale skin.

Rebel appeared to be having the time of her life as she made howling noises with her mouth and chucked her arms out in the arm to embrace the freedom.

Fun in the sun: Earlier on this week, the actress swapped the set of her new flick for the open waters in New Jersey as she took to the wheel of a jet boat in celebration of Memorial Day

However, one person who didn’t appear to be on the boat with her was her rumoured boyfriendMickey Gooch,

whom she was romantically linked to in reports that emerged last week. and New York.’

New romance: The 35 year old is rumoured to be dating New Jersey born actor, Mickey Gooch

Australian business records filed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) have provided ‘formal verification’ that the actress was born on March 2, 1980, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

It also showed the address of the comedian’s previous home at Cherrybrook, Sydney’s north west, the publication reported.

It was a former high school classmate of the Bridesmaids star who toldWoman’s Dayabout the beloved actress’ teen years, alleging that Rebel is actually older than her documented 29 years.

Laughing it off: Rebel poked fun at her age after it emerged she is actually 35, not 29 as originally thought

‘I studied with Rebel at Tara Anglican School for Girls in North Parramatta, Sydney,’ the source told the publication.

‘But no one knew of a Rebel Wilson. Her name is or was Melanie Elizabeth Bownds..’

But Rebel then laughed off the claims by posting a series of sarcastic tweets.

The irksome cogitation gave rise to the query; was this a crazy connection to have made? I seriously did not know. It seemed ridiculous that anyone’s mind could or would knit together reality television with the historical exhibition of the planet’s most perfected athletes. No doubt the pillars holding up the sanctuary of Zeus in Olympia, Greece shook upon the pondering.

As any intelligent, educated person would do, I turned to Facebook for the answer. I decided to ask my 500 closest friends the exact same question: “Will you be watching the Olympics this year? Why or why not?” The answers came from geographic points located across this land “of the brave and free”; from doctors, lawyers, paralegals, working moms, scientists, prominent artists, ordinary folk and one world famous athlete. The answers were as diverse as the games themselves.

In attempting to scientifically quantify the responses for publication (hopefully your tongue is somewhere in the vicinity of your cheek); it was discovered that the answers, although original, fell into categories.

The first category and the most obvious were responses from athletes. These were individuals who had excelled in sports in some way, shape or fashion at some point in their lives. Their sentiments were the most poignant and profound of all. One wrote;

“I watch to be inspired. I love human excellence, achievement, grace, power and beauty, in all of its forms. I love seeing people at the very “top of their game”. I love seeing people strive for something that once seemed impossible, and took years to manifest. I also watch to see good sportsmanship, grace under pressure, and how they handle the death of their dream,

if that happens.”

The next classification of participant was that of social commentator. These were people markedly in the grip of near deadly, non negotiable opinions. A taste of those frothing;

“I love the Olympics. Watch whenever they come on. But Not This Winter Olympics. Boycotting due to the ABUSE of the Dogs and Animals that do not have homes. NO WINTER Olympics in SOCHI. BOYCOTT!!!!!!!”

“AND don’t forget they captured Orca whales!! Ugg, evil!!!”

Next were the historians. These were the individuals gifted with a comprehensive point of view. The winter wool was not going to be pulled over their eyes;

“I just think the original intent of Olympicism is lost. Originally was to promote a peaceful society concerned with preservation of human dignity. I don’t see that happening and especially not this year’s. Just my opinion.”

Then there were the frustrated. The general consensus from this grouping was that the Olympic Games have become too commercialized, too politicized, and too segmented. These answers also expressed bafflement with why the media giants felt it necessary to prostitute the events in order to get their slice of the Olympic pie;

“I intensely dislike the jingoistic slant to the coverage.”

“I used to enjoy watching the Olympics and learning more about the various sports, particularly ones that I’ve not been exposed to (snow? What is that??). That being said, I don’t enjoy it much anymore because of the overabundance of commercials and “news”. I don’t need that. Really. I can get almost the same amount of joy by waiting a few hours/days, and watching clips on the internet.”

Finally, there were the comedians;

as well there should have been. After all, how well rounded can a discussion be without a dosing of sarcastic mockery?

“Haven’t been able to watch since Blades of Glory.”

In retrospect, I still do not know whether or not I will watch the Olympic Games. I agree with a lot of what I was told, especially with regards to the involvement of politics and the commercialization of the Olympic Trials. And there are some very obscure sports on the roster, though thankfully we’ve yet to see anyone playing with pickleball paddles.

However, I will admit that although I won’t be caught dead watching the Kardashians; I may have had more pleasure and excitement reading the spirited musings of a fabulous cross section of the citizens of the United States of America. Now that, my friend, is reality.
